What are your shipping fees?
Sigh. I hate shipping fees. HATE them. But unfortunately, since shipping is expensive,
shipping materials are expensive (even though I recycle as much as possible),
and I started this business to provide fiber and fun stuff at competitive prices
and even an online shop is expensive to maintain,
the best solution I can come up with is a $7.50 charge to cover the shipping and material on all orders.
Experience has taught me so far that these fees will be lower than the actual cost of shipping.
I'm sorry, I really hate shipping fees, too.
I will e-mail when items ship and give you any tracking information available, and all in stock items should ship within one business day of receipt of the order.

What kind of terms or conditions do you have? (okay, I admit, no one's asked that yet)
I really want to be the kind of retailer I love. So, you have fifteen days to return something for a refund, and thirty to return items for a store credit, but the item(s) have to be in their original condition, so no spinning half a bag of Finn and returning it (not like any spinner would do that, and not like you could restrain yourself to only a little bit of Finn spinning, it's so soft and sweet to spin, but it's an example) and if there's one of those things, y'know, those things that are "um, not such a big deal that I want to go through the hassle of sending it back but..." please let me know and we'll see what we can work out.
Really, truly, my #1 goal is to have the kind of business that I love to support.
Unfortunately, no returns are available through Lanas de Libélula for special order items, but Louet has a very generous warranty policy and guarantee on all equipment and together we will work until you are as happy a camper as possible.
I wanted to buy one of your handspun yarns/handpainted rovings/accessories but someone else got to it first. Can you do another?
Yes. Probably. I don't guarantee absolute matching, but I'll capture the spirit of it. All payment for custom work will have to be in advance however, and recreation of earrings or needles will depend on the availability of the materials.

A 7.75% sales tax has to be charged to CA residents. Sorry about that.
